With the rapid development of national economics, the infrastructure construction was rapidly developed in recent thirty years. Machinery manufacturing, especially engineering machinery, was expanded at high speed. China is becoming to the biggest country in engineering machinery manufacture all over the world. The rapid development of infrastructure and machinery manufacturing not only consumed nature resources, but also seriously polluted the ecological environment in which we survive. Therefore, the remanufacturing engineering as a sustainable development technology has been paid more attention. The remanufacture characteristics of key parts for engineering machinery were discussed and analyzed in this thesis. The main research results are as follows:The characteristics and types of parts and products for engineering machinery were analyzed and induced by literature reviewing. The properties of operation, manufacture as well as sales were discussed. The determination and classification of key parts were further discussed.According to the remanufacturing properties, the characteristics and factors of key parts for engineering machinery were researched from the aspects of technology, economics and environmental. The remanufacturing evaluation system of key parts for engineering machinery was proposed.Based on the evaluation system, the comprehensive evaluation model was established by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The significance and weight of the index in comprehensive evaluation system were determined by enquiring experts. It changes fuzzy qualitative analysis into quantitative evaluation. The remanufacturing criteria of key parts for engineering machinery were determined.The remanufacturing evaluation program for key parts of engineering machinery was designed using Visual Basic and Matlab software. It can evaluate the properties of technology, economics, environmental and combination and rapidly judge whether the key parts are worth to remanufacture. The evaluation example was also shown.This research results are helpful for engineering machinery enterprises to assess the remanufacturing performance and to rapidly judge whether key parts are worth to remanufacture.
