Remanufacture production process is a special manufacturing process. It's much different form the traditional manufacturing. So. researching and developing the platform is important and urgent. In this paper, the information modeling methods and the algorithm in the remanufacturing processes decision will be discussed. Then we will establish the auto engine parts information model and simulate the process. The main contents include:(1) Establish the feature-based information model of spare partThe requirement of informational remanufacture engineering is to establish a unified and comprehensive information model firstly. Basted on the characters of remanufacture products. this paper will build the feature-based information model to describe the remanufacture information. Then it will build the polychromatic sets theory based mathematical model to make the information's description, storing and operation become unified.(2) Obtaining the parts' process plansThe object of remanufacture is the wasted product. Each part's remanufacturing process is different based on the character of it. The traditional repair process can't be used in the part's remanufacture totally. It's needed to make process decision for each part, based on its invalid feature. After researching the advantages and disadvantages of the tradition process planning methods, this paper use the polychromatic sets theory to get the process plans.At the end, this paper summarizes the designing ideals of '"the polychromatic sets theory based on the acquisition of parts remanufacturing planes programmer", then confirms its main functions correctness and reliability with the running examples.
