Bridge as the link between the economic development of every area of our country,play a important role in highway transportation. With aging bridge, traffic increasing,more and more bridge need heavy repair and reinforcement. compared with otherreinforcement technology, the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technologyhave some advantages in some respects, which put forward higher requirements to theresearchers who improve the test and theory of prestressed carbon fiber reinforcementtechnology. But many experimental studies of prestressed carbon fiber reinforcementtechnology have a lot of problems, such as the reliable anchorage carbon plate problemand the carbon plate tension control stress value problem. In many experimental studies,due to the carbon plate absence reliable anchorage at the end, tension control stess valueis generally low, which is not conducive to the high strength carbon plate fully utilized,hampered the promotion of prestressed carbon plate reinforcement technology.Aim at the carbon plate tensile control stress problem of low, experimental studyon the mechanical performance of concret beams reinforcement with carbon plate ofhigh tensile control strsee level. In the paper,it design3T beam test components, ofwhich1T beam for compare component, the others are single-deck prestressed CFRPreinforced T beam component(2000MPa) and double-deck prestressed CFRP reinforcedT beam component(1500MPa).Point at mechanical perforcement and design theory ofprestressed CFRP plate reinforced T beam, the main research works are as thefollowing:(1) Through the experimental analysis on the effect of technology on cracking load,flexural stiffness, deflection and crack width, yield load, ultimate load, deformation andductility of reinforced with externally prestressed carbon fiber plate.(2)Through the tests of carbon fiber sheet-reinforced technology in highprestress,flat section assumptions were tested and studied.(3)On the basis of experiments, theoretical analysis is made on the reinforcementtechnology of external prestressed, through theoretical analysis shows that mechanicalmodel based on the traditional plane section assumption can be well predicted the workperformance of flexural component by prestressed carbon fiber plate strengthening; atthe same time, according to the assumed conditions deduced decompression momentand cracking moment formula of the component at normal use stage, and the yield moment formula and ultimate bending moment formula of reinforcement components isderived in various failure mode.(4) Using the above formulas, the2reinforcing member and Changsha Universityof Science and Technology1pieces of reinforced members were calculated, and thecalculated value was compared with test value.
