CFRP strengthens construction, which used abroadly in recent years with the advantage of constructing conveniently, cycle short, not increasing dead load. However, bonding failure premature will occur between CFRP and member if the CFRP is plastered straightly. At the same time, the CFRP's intensity will not exert sufficiently and do not improve the normal serviceability of structure. Hence, the strengthening's technique of CFRP prestressed has very important value. The base of the research of this paper include: the test research of CFRP sheet anchored by WSGG( wave-shaped-gear-grip ) of this team of research; the test research and the technique of construction of CFRP sheet prestressed transversly by WSGG; the test research of the prestressing loss of CFRP sheet.This article, considering parameter about the quality of CFRP sheets, the pre-stressed in CFRP sheets by three T-beam in the test of full size, research the performance of mechanics of the reinforce concrete in flexture strengthened by prestressing CFRP which includes about ultimate load, the failure mode, the curve ofload in deflection, the curve mement in curvation, the method and performance of the CFRP sheet prestressed by WSGG. The test results show in following: The intensity of CFRP sheets prestressed by WSGG will exert in completly; Comparing with the normal CFRP strengthening, reinforcement by pre-stress CFRP can retard the cracking, reduce the deflection and the crack width, increase the load in crack, the yield strength and the ultimate load and satisfy the request of the ultimate states of normal serviceability; The WSGG can reliably prestress and anchor the CFRP sheet.Basing on the research of the test, this article uses the theory of the prestress-concrete out of the body of the structure or member for reference and analyses the ultimate flexural capacity of RC beams strengthened with CFRP prestressed by WSGG out of the beam. The result of analyse show that the test beam strengthened by pre-stress CFPR can use the theory of the out-body prestress for analyse.
