This paper is a part of the two projects named The design and construction ofkey technology research for PC continuous rigid frame bridge of compositebox-girder with corrugated steel webs from Chongqing Science Committee and Thecomplete construction technology research for for PC continuous rigid frame bridgeof composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs from Chongqing TransportationCommission.The paper mainly has a study on the shear lag effect of PC compositebox-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs. According to the actualproject--HuaTianhe bridge, It studies all possible operating conditions in theconstruction phases and after the closure of the bridge.First,this paper tells some problems to long-span development goals normal PCconcrete rigid frame bridge, so introduces corrugated steel webs instead of normalconcrete abdominal Board. this paper also launches the bridge and describes thecharacteristics of this new bridge, focusing on explaining the advantages betweenthem.Then the research status of corrugated steel webs both home and abroad isdescribed, and the necessity of the study on shear lag effect of this type of bridge ismentioned in this paper.Then for the shear lag effect this problem, this paper explains it in detail, mainlyexplains research status, research prospects and research methods of the shear lagcoefficient,and these methods have been simply compared. Eventually I establishanalysing the shear lag of HuaTianhe bridge by the finite-element methodMIDAS/Civil and MIDAS/FEA, and mainly regards the shear lag effect in the wholeprocess of construction of the bridge as the key point. Then we focuse on the constantchange of shear lag in vivo and ivitro the short cantilever construction, the longcantilever construction and under the prestressing force and the two phases of deadload in the full-bridge closure.This paper concludes the law by analysing the data.
