Emulsified Asphalt Study On The Factors Affecting The Construction Of Plant-mix Cold Recycling Mixture

Research, extension of cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt mixing plant, to reduce the cost of construction, rational use of resources, protection of ecological environment and promotion have great significance to highway construction and maintenance of enterprise in our country.This paper combined the reality of construction site in a pavement overhaul engineering of Yunnan Kunyu Expressway, detailly analysed the influence of construction factors of cold plant-mixed recycled asphalt mixtures with emulsion asphalt. These comprise the performance evaluation of old bitumen pavement material, the interior design of mix proportion, and the link of mixing, transportation, paving, rolling and curing, which are based on the conclusion of laboratory experiment through the target mix design,and carries on the test section of the test shop tests,and ultimately determine the optimal production mix ratio (cement:water: emulsified asphalt=1.8:1.5:3.0).Best moisture determines Hou, emulsion asphalt dosage of rationality is effect regeneration mixed material split crack strength of main factors, dang moisture and cement dosage fixed Shi, as emulsion asphalt of increased, split crack strength will constantly increases, but reached best value Hou, split crack strength and began reduces, so only is found best dosage, and not more more more good, this article in the used3%of emulsion asphalt dosage,1.8%of cement dosage, shop built Hou the indicators are meet specification requirements.The research results have achieved good results in the highway pavement overhaul engineering of Yunnan Kunyu Expressway.
