The construction of highway in our country have the development rapidly over the past twenty years,accordance with all levels design life of asphalt pavement,about 10 ~ 12% asphalt concrete pavement need for repairing every year.It will produce a large number of waste asphalt concrete.It is great significance to reduce the project cost and reduce environmental pollution that recycle the waste materials.Key indicators such as selection of recycle materials,mixture performance,design of mixture ratio as the research object in this article for using the technology of energy conservation and environmental protection in asphalt pavement maintenance engineering in gansu province.Analyze the problems in the process of using recycled waste asphalt mixture deeply Gansu province,and put forward the proposals for the gansu province from analysis and study of the mixture design method,the mixture performance evaluation and the mixture pavement structural parameters,the main research content includes the following aspects.First of all,the paper states the factors of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture performance from the emulsified asphalt,the RAP performance and the emulsified asphalt recycled mixture proportion design.It studied the performance of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,and study the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,crack resistance performance and resistance to temperature shrinkage performance in this paper.Secondly,the paper study the influence of different compaction time for emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture volume and strength index,determine the best construction time and verificate the experiment results using the volume index,intensity index and the unconfined compressive strength.As a results,it is the key of the design of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture adjusting the construction time.Finally,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the using of waste and old asphalt mixture in gansu province based on the experimental data and analysis results,combined with the actual construction cases,in order to build up with low consumption,low emissions,low pollution,high efficiency,high benefit green maintenance system,and realize green development highway maintenance management in our province in the futher.
