Application of plant mixed cold recycling technology in highway,the old asphalt material can be recycled,It has the characteristics of high utilization rate,resource saving and environmental protection,In order to further improve the road performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture in practical engineering,this paper takes improving the performance of emulsified asphalt mixture as the breakthrough point,research and analysis of its performance,At the same time,the application of cold recycling of plant mixed emulsified asphalt in highway construction is studied.This paper starts from the actual engineering status of the existing plant mixed cold recycling technology in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,at the same time,Shandong,Henan,Shaanxi and other provinces with successful application experience of cold recycling technology of plant mixed emulsified asphalt are used for reference,the successful methods are summarized and the problems are found out and corrected in time,This paper analyzes the existing crushing methods,compare its advantages and disadvantages and its influence on gradation,select a suitable crushing method,Crushing in a suitable way,research on performance index of pavement raw materials is carried out to pave the way for later research,Comparison of existing mix proportion design methods of cold recycling mixture,choose a suitable research method for this paper,and explain the basis of its rationality,The performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture is further studied through laboratory test,using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze mixture performance data,different pavement structures are simulated,recommend the typical pavement structure suitable for our district,and field test road laying and sensor embedding are carried out,According to the construction situation on site,the key control points of construction technology are put forward,The main conclusions are as follows:1.Analysis and comparison of impact crusher and jaw crusher,It is concluded that the impact crushing method is more suitable for this paper,Through the test,the recycled materials,emulsifier,emulsified asphalt,cement,water and so on are obtained,The technical parameters of raw materials meet the relevant technical requirements and can be used for cold regeneration;2.By comparing the existing mix design methods of cold regeneration,Marshall design method is selected as the appropriate design method,to design the gradation composition of asphalt mixture in this paper;3.Through the research on the performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture,The performance index system of splitting strength,residual stability,dynamic modulus and fatigue characteristics was established;4.Through the numerical analysis of cold recycling mixture of plant mixed emulsified asphalt,The stress-strain characteristics of different pavement structures are analyzed,select the typical pavement structure suitable for our district,successful laying of test road and embedding of sensors;5.Through the field construction and indoor test,the key control points of construction technology of plant mixed emulsified asphalt mixture are put forward.
