According to mechanical characteristics of multi-arch stone bridge and combined with the actual situation of reinforcement construction of multi-arch stone bridge, the construction methods and construction control has been studied in this paper, main works and conclusions are listed as follows:①Through comparative analysis of mechanical characteristics of single span arch bridge and multi-arch stone bridge, draw the conclusion that pier stiffness has an obvious effect on stress of adjacent span of multi-arch stone bridge.②According to construction working size, communications and transportation different anti-pushing stiffness ratio of pier to main arch of multi-arch stone bridge, four kinds of construction methods of reinforcing superstructure on the arch had been put forward; removing and reinforcement construction method of whole bridge, removing and reinforcement construction method of half bridge, removing and reinforcement construction method of half bridge half side, removing and reinforcement construction method span by span.③According to calculation formula of structural anti-pushing stiffness of multi-arch stone bridge, the anti-pushing stiffness ratio of pier to main arch is obtained. According to finite element analysis result of the software MIDAS CIVIL, structural deformation of arch of each span is uniform when used removing and reinforcement construction method of whole bridge which is a perfect reinforcement construction method. When anti-pushing stiffness ratio of pier to main arch is less37, the half bridge reinforcement construction method is not fit to be adopted; when anti-pushing stiffness ratio of pier to main arch is over98, the half bridge reinforcement construction method is adopted, half side bridge construction and whole bridge construction span by span method is not suitable for reinforcing superstructure on the arch.④Based on reinforcement construction monitor of real project, the influence factor of reinforcement construction monitor has been analyzed, draw a conclusion that getting small value of elasticity modulus when modeling is the main reason for that measured value of construction monitor is less than calculated value. Strong construction control organization and management system is important guarantee to finally realize the goal of construction control.
