Suspension bridge is the most favorable competitors of the large span bridge.With the increasing of the span of suspension bridges,the nonlinear response ofstructure is more obvious on the influence of temperature variation. Unload cableshape (hanging point coordinates) is affected by temperature and main towerdisplacement. The main cable shape is very difficult to change after the cable clamp isinstalled. Based on the development of the upper structure of suspension bridgeconstruction control, to design a special analysis program is significant.Among the popular suspension bridge calculation software,as a successfulcommercial software,Midas/civil was written by Visual C++,so it has goodman-machine interface and powerful construction stage analysis function. But itdoesn’t provide Constraint changing function to analyse the unload cable shape.SBCC is based on constant cable length with no stress principle of suspension bridgespecial analysis program, because the source program compiled by Fortran, therefore,it is efficiency in the calculation on a considerable advantage, but it does not includetemperature effects analysis module and cable clamp installation position analysismodule. This paper will be targeted to carry out the following work:1. Calculate X、Z coordinate of each hanging point at any temperature.2. Solute each span distribution(the displacement of main tower)at anytemperature.3. Calculate horizontal and vertical component of each span of the main cable atany temperature.4. Design the interface to form a good human-computer interaction function.5. Compare the result with the solution of Midas Civil.6. Realize the program interface and calculation module of packaging and packby using C#and Matlab mixing programming technology.In this paper, construction control of suspension bridge fine algorithm areintroduced, the research results can be used directly in the upper structure suspensionbridge construction control calculation and analysis, mixing programming forprogram development ideas brings reference to other engineering technicians.
