With the fast development of city modernization, it has become an inevitable trendto explore the underground space on a large scale and build city’s subway system torelax traffic contradiction, which, however, is likely to increase the difficulty ofconstruction and have a side effect on the surrounding environment because of theunique subway tunnel features of shallow buried depth, large cross section ofexcavation, poor geological conditions, complex construction conditions, and so on.Based on Zhongliangshan tunnel entrance underpass XiangYu railway line2, the paperfocuses on the research of slope of tunnel entrance and railway influence. It first derivesslope stability calculation formula of tunnel entrance and then simulates and analysesfour different excavation methods using finite element to provide feasible excavationmethods. Finally, the method’s rationality is tested through the on-the-spot monitoringand measurement, which provides basis and theoretical guidelines for dynamic controlin the construction process and has important reference value for similar constructions. The main works in this paper are shown as follows:①the main influence factors of slope stability of tunnel entrance and slope failurepatterns are analyzed and summarized②stability evaluation formula of safety factor on the slope of tunnel entrance underdifferent conditions are respectively obtained by using Fellenius method of slices andbishop slice method and compared.③slope displacement of tunnel entrance, rock deformation and law of subwaysubgrade settlement and deformation are obtained through numerical simulation of fourexcavation methods using finite element. In addition, relevant mechanical properties ofsupporting structure are analyzed and compared and the feasible excavation method isthus put forward.④the on-the-spot monitoring and measurement data are analyzed, which are thencompared with the results of numerical simulation, and scientific rationality of CDmethod is finally verified.
