With the rapid developping economic of China and the ongoing large-scaledevelopment of the western region, the road traffic construction (the road trafficconstruction of the western region) in the western region also have flourished. To fastpass through the mountains of southwest road traffic lines will inevitably have to bufildmany tunnels, many of which tunnel through need to go across the coal-bearing strata oroccurrence of gas formation (coal-/gas-bearing strata). In these gas during tunnelconstruction in (During the construction process of these gas tunnels) China hasaccumulated rich experience, also received a painful lesson from these tunnel accidents.This article on the background of No.2highway tunnel with high concentration of Gasat Dan Jing, for construction of Highway high-gas tunnel safety monitoringtechnologies in a more in-depth study (Based on the background of the2nd highwaytunnel with high concentration of Gas at Dan Jing, this article presents an in-depthanalysis about safety monitoring technologies for the construction of highway high-gastunnels), the main research content and the results are as follows:①Analysis of highway tunnel with gas in type of disaster, the consequences andreason, combined with the actual situation of No.2highway tunnel at Dan Jing, thedevelopment of monitoring programs, technical measures, prioritizing monitoring.②In No.2highway tunnel at Dan Jing, established a advanced geologicalprediction system which is based on close geophysical geological radar, it·s detectionmethod is close geophysical with ground penetrating radar, or Advance drillingDetection Technology. This right in front of adverse geological body detection, earlywarning of gas emission, emissioning gas when Gas concentration is not high. Practiceshows that this system be able to complete the target of construction safety in No.2highway tunnel at Dan Jing.③The establishment of long-distance automatic monitoring system for theautomatic gas monitoring system, video surveillance systems, personnel managementsystem, combined with the artificial gas detection, comprehensive grasp of the tunnelgas concentration distribution, ventilation, personnel mechanical work to improve earlywarning and prevention and control of management mechanism disasters.④Monitoring Data analysis and processing, master tunnel rock support, roofcollapse, landslides, cracks accident warning, guide the construction order to determine the secondary lining time. For features of the highway tunnel with high concentration ofgas, especially non-gassy coal methane gas tunnel surrounding rock support from acrack in which the gas will escape, we recommend blasting vibration monitoring;thickness and initial support behind hollow probe; two times behind the lining thicknessand cavity detection technology from the choice of three test items included in the highgas tunnel rock support measure will test the project.
