Study On Route Seheme Of The Xiaogan Ssection Of The Circular Expressway Of Wuhan City Circle At Feasibility Study Stage

In2007, the country has authorized Wuhan city circle as the reform testing areas of national resources-saving and environment-friendly social constructions with synthesis and whole set, Hubei province has correspondingly formulated "the comprehensive traffic planning of Wuhan city circle----the reform testing areas of two-oriented social constructions with synthesis and whole set". The xiaogan section of the circular expressway of Wuhan city circle is an important part of the west ring(xianning-xiantao-xiaogan expressway).In this article, the xiaogan section of the circular expressway of Wuhan city circle is taken for background to demonstrate the choice of the right-of-way area and the program. Firstly, it summarizes the domestic and external situation of the study of expressway’s previous section. Secondly, it analysis the principle and steps of choosing the expressway’s right-of-way area, and determine the two right-of-way areas in xiaogan section of Wuhan city circle’s circular expressway. Next, on the basis of relevant materials and surveys on the scene, it demonstrates the advantages and disadvantages of the starting point, terminal point and midpoint of the passageway. At last, on the equal comparison between the three passageways’ program and sectional circuit’s program, and on the theory of fuzzy optimization, it determines the recommended program of the xiaogan section of the circular expressway of Wuhan city circle.
