Research On Planning Of Highway Network In Wuhan City Circle

With the rising strategy of central region and 11th 5-year plan, the economy construct in central regions enter into a new development period.The rapid development of economy and society in central regions put forward highway network planning new and higher request. As a prophase work of highway construct, the highway network planning is of terribly important to the implement of highway system function in the future.Wuhan city circle is one of the most dynamic regions in Hubei Province ,in which the industry and production factors are also the most intensivet in central regions.It accounted for 31.2 percent of the land area and 52.5 percent of the population of Hubei province, but it contributed 60.7 percent of GDP of Hubei province.It should not only enhance the overall strength of Hubei Province,but also be an important platform for rising strategy of central region to accelerate the construction of Wuhan city circle.The beginning of this article is the socio-economic development and highway traffic interaction.Using the basic theory and method of highway planning, the author systematically analyzed and studied the economic development and transportation condition in Wuhan City Circle, aiming to make a synthetic developing planning of highway in 2020 and provide reference for the continuous development of highway in Wuhan City Circle. The content of research includes layout planning, development planning and applying arrangement; effect evaluation of highway.this will have important reference value to the perfection of highway in Wuhan city circle.This article altogether divides into six parts. The first part is the introduction part, which has made the simple introduction of the background, the research goal and the significance, the research content and the technical route of the article.The second part analyses Wuhan city circle society and economical development situation, which detailedly analyses Wuhan city circle overall development present situation, industrial development present situation and city circle development plan. The third part analyses development present situation and the problem of the city circle highway network. The fourth part forecasts the Wuhan city circle traffic demand by four-stage method. The fifth part is layout planning of Wuhan city circle highway network.Using the basic theory and method of highway planning, the article forecasts highway network scale and analyses node by the Method of Signifieance. Combined the traffic forecasting results, the layout planning and its implementation measures has been given out.The last part is conclusions and prospects, it summaryed the article and gived this study's conclusions and the future prospects.
