In recent years,with the rapid development of transportation industry in domestic,the new structure of the bridge and its construction technology and the requirements of the force performance of the bridge is more and more high.Based on this,a new type of steel-concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel webs emerges as the times require.However,the development of PC composite box girder with corrugated steel webs in performance theory research and construction in the initial stage in domestic,lack of theoretical guidance in the construction of this kind of bridge,for the innovation of new technology is the lack of practical experience;and construction process in corrugated steel webs in box girder stress,deformation and other related research,provide a useful reference for the promotion of this kind of bridge in the future.In this paper,on the basis of the existing research results,to the real engineering bridge as the background,combined with theoretical analysis and practical control proposed a new induction pouring construction method,and analyzed the corresponding mechanical properties,the main works are as follows:(1)the development status of mechanical properties and construction of the composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is summarized,and the research results are summarized,which provides reference for the future design of this kind of bridge.(2)an actual bridge as the engineering background,on the bridge,the new induction pouring construction method of process,economy,the hanging basket design of details,the key lies in the construction phase of the stress analysis,and through the construction site of the hanging basket loading test,structure analysis of force on the new construction method by using large finite element ANSYS.The results show that the shear stress of the concrete roof,the bottom plate and the steel plate are all in line with the requirements of the specification.In addition,each construction stage of the rival River Road bridge using the new method for detailed analysis.Results show that,the box girder with corrugated steel webs in a new asynchronous pouring construction method construction,a good alignment of the bridge,into a bridge stress is more reasonable.(3)by in key sections of the bridge layout high precision stress sensor,to measure the key section of the key stages of the actual construction process of stress variation,and the actual measured values compared with finite element analysis values.Both results are in good agreement.In addition,finite element model is established,analysis of external beam varies along the bridge alignment and stress state effects on,and of external prestressing of sensitivity analysis,in different proportions of in vivo and in vitro pre-stressed bridge in bridge,the bridge alignment and stress state has some differences,with the K value is smaller,the deflection degree more,stress value will be increased slightly.
