In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic logistics industry,electric forklifts are used more and more extensively. Electric forklifts have littlepollution, low noise, high energy efficiency. These make electric forklifts cater todevelopment theme of energy saving, low carbon-exhausting and environmentprotection. AC permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed controlperformance is of simple structure, strong overload capacity, high reliability.According to the characteristics of electric forklift driving system, this thesis studiedthe drive control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor.This thesis analyzed the basic structure and working principle of permanentmagnet synchronous motor, the mathematical model in different coordinates arePMSM. Research on the control method of permanent magnet synchronous motorvector. In the analysis of electric forklift for AC drive system based on therequirements, the hardware circuit of the control system of permanent magnetsynchronous motor design, main drive system main circuit, control circuit andprotection circuit. Also design the control software, main program and subprogram.Finally, the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed controlsystem, the control algorithm uses a single immune neuron PID control, and theresults of simulation studies the correlation analysis. Through the research oncomparison of simulation graphics, single immune neuron PID control andconventional PID control compared with the response speed, the regulating time isshortened, the overshoot is reduced, strong anti-interference ability. To improve thecontrol system stability, robustness and speediness.The electric forklift driving system studied in this thesis is based on DSPTMS320F2812chip as the main controller. For electric forklift power, the design ofthe power supply module specially, the module uses a new type of DC-AC-DCconverter. Improve the system energy-using rate and battery efficiency. This thesisemployed a single immune neuron PID control algorithm, greatly improved thecontrol effect of the system.
