With the rapid development of relevant technologies, there is a trend that AC servo system will replace DC one, especially when high precision and performance are needed. Specially, PMSM AC servo system that uses PMSM as action component is developing rapidly, and it will be the first choice of modern AC servo drive system step by step. This paper makes math-models of PMSM, then analyzes the transvector control theory and chooses voltage transvector control project based on SVPWM. We establish the system model in MATLAB/Simulink environment, and finish the emulation experiments. Also, we design and experiment a full digital PMSM servo control system which uses TMS320F2407a DSP that TI corporation designs for motor control specially as system core and intelligent power module as power convertor. The results both of emulation and hardware show the system has good dynamic performances and static ones.Because of the disadvantages of traditional PID controller which can' t regulate control parameters automatically, we use a new concept- intelligent PID control. We use single neural cell PI controller with adjustable gain to do position servo action. This controller has simple structure, strong study ability and adjustability. The results of emulation show that its performance is better than that of normal PI controller.
