Now the world faces three big crisis: one is the lack of fossil energy is theenergy crisis, the second is a developing country energy deficiency in thedevelopment of the crisis, the third is caused by burning fuel exhaust pollution,greenhouse effect, ozone destruction and other environmental crisis. To solve thecrisis of three of the most powerful measures, is the use of natural energy,especially solar energy. As solar energy, and no pollution, and developing countriescan sun arises is very rich in resources. So the solar energy development prospect isvery broad in developing countries. Currently solar power mainly includes theapplication of photovoltaic and thermal power generation, and solar-thermal powergeneration mainly slotted type, tower, and disc type three ways, including groove,tower technology is relatively mature, but the greater investment, economies ofscale is good, suitable for centralized power generation, but its efficiency is lowrelative to the disc type, and need a large amount of water as the working medium;Dish Stirling solar energy power generation efficiency is highest, is suitable forcentralized power generation is also suitable for distributed generation, but not verymature technology. Dish Stirling solar energy power generation there are a lot ofphotovoltaic power generation has no advantages, such as high photoelectricconversion, low noise, low pollution, water, etc., thus attracting the attention ofboth at home and abroad in recent years.This topic mainly is the design of the Stirling solar energy power generationmaster controller, Stirling solar energy power generation master controller isStirling generator control core part, mainly includes the hypogyny machine(including data acquisition, data reception, etc) and the upper machine (includingdata processing, real-time display, control, etc). Stirling solar energy powergeneration master controller are introduced in this PC software design, interfacedesign, program writing and debugging, the PC’s hardware design, communicationdesign (including interface card selection and design of communication protocol),automatic power control and the field experiment data analysis, etc. PC softwaredesign USES Delphi as development platform, CAN for the main communicationway, has realized the monitoring calibration of heat, electricity, gas acquisition, data storage, the main functions of manual operation and automatic operation.Solved the long distance multiple sets of field data transmission, monitoring,manual operation and automatic power adjustment problems, with its high costperformance, data transmission is reliable, simple operation, stable and reliableoperation, etc.
