With the rapid growth of the world’s demand for energy, and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. As a clean and pollution-free renewable new energy, Solar energy gets more and more attention of people.The solar-thermal power generation will become an important direction in the future.The main controller of Stirling solar generator based on the freescale microcontroller is the core of the whole dish Stirling power generation systems. Main functions:data acquisition, real-time communication and automatic control, etc.This article mainly introduced the development of main controller. First of all this paper introduces the three models of solar-thermal power generation. And it especially introduced the working principle and own characteristics of dish Stirling solar thermal power generation. Then this paper introduces the general design idea and overall structure of the main controller.Based on this, this paper made a detailed analysis for the development of each part of the main controller from two aspects of hardware and software. Including the design and realization of inside function circuit of each module, the software development of each module,and the writing of automatic control program,and so on.Finally we completed laboratory testing each function of the main controller, and finished commissioning in xi’an power station. The result of test shows that the main controller of stirling solar generating management system meets the need of the generator set.
