With high conversion efficiency,no water,no inverter device,and convenientnetwork features,dish stirling solar power system which has collector systemsand power generation systems entirely composed of a single small powergenerating unit with off-grid distributed power advantages,can be widely usedin water use,long sunshine hours in areas with a very broad market prospects.Based on Freescale MCU embedded systems,This paper introduces a newhigh-precision sun tracking system design for dish Stirling solar thermal powergenerator sun tracking system which can achieve the dish’s high-precisionautomatic sun position tracking function.And to solve the shortcomings of theexisting photoelectric sensors,this paper introduces the design of a new type ofsolar tracking sensor.First of all,this paper describes the basic structure of dish Stirling solarthermal power generator system,the design requirements of the sun trackingsystem and its necessity.Then considering the current mainstream sun trackingsolve technical indicators and performance requirements that the dish solarthermal power generator system proposed,this paper analyzes the advantagesand disadvantages of those associated technical solutions and finally gives theoverall design diagram of the sun tracking system.Next this paper describes thehardware circuit design and software programs development of the sun trackingsystem.After the debugging,the sun tracking system is at last successfullyapplied to the actual dish Stirling solar thermal power generation system.Theresults show that the sun tracking system is reliable,stable,practical and has ahigh tracking accuracy cost-effective with anti-interference ability and goodtemperature stability. |
