Before research onthe lengthened hydraulic excavator working device, first analysis and research the15tons standard hydraulic excavator working device,providing a reference to the designof lengthened working device. The main research work are as follows:(1) Kinematics modeling and simulating of15tons standard device, and verifythe accuracy of the kinematics simulation model and the simulation results byverification test.(2) Improved design the standard device kinematics by use of theoreticalknowledge and based on the kinematics modeling and simulation of standard workingdevice methods, kinematics simulate the lengthened working device and interferencecheck under all conditions, to obtain the best design of lengthened device which meetthe requirements of design.(3) Obtain the posture under the most dangerous working conditions throughdynamics simulating of standard working device.Comparison with the theoreticallymost dangerous posture,analysis the correctness of this most dangerous attitude.Verifythe accuracy of the dynamic simulation model and simulation results by designingfreedom Mining experimental. The force carried on hinge point under most dangerousattitude serve as load conditions, ANSYS analysis of standard boom and stick, obtainstress concentration area and the maximum force point of the boom and arm. Comparing with standard operatingdevice and analysis the variation of the force carried on it.(5) Parametric model of Lengthened operating device by the establishment of thedesign point and the design variables in ADAMS, optimization design of the structureon the basis of bucket linkage force transmission ratio. |
