| Hydraulic excavator is the main type of construction machinery,as an important part of the working device,its performance is closely related to the performance of the whole excavator.At present,most of the research on working device is to investigate its working performance under the condition that all the parameters are known.However,the actual design process of working device is to determine the design parameters of the working device according to the design goals,and it lacks the means to design the working device based on the known design goals.In this paper,a practical and effective working device design calculation software is developed,which takes the main working size parameters and working range as the target.On this basis,kinematic and dynamics simulation are carried out,and the position optimization of the hinge point of backhoe excavator is realized.In order to realize the design of the working device,the design parameters of the working device are determined step by step by the hierarchical method.The overall dimension parameters of the working device are determined by the main working size parameters and the mining envelope diagram.Then,the constraint relationship between the overall size parameters and the hinge point position parameters of the working device is determined according to the structural of the boom,arm and bucket mechanism.Solve the constraint relation equation and compile the compile the calculation program to realize the design of each mechanism in the working device.By using the software development tool set,and combining with the compiled mechanism design calculation program,in accordance with the sequence of arranging the user interface,setting the user interface control object properties and programming the callback function of the control object,the practical and effective design calculation software of the working device is developed.The calculation software includes the overall size parameter design part which is related to the design objective and the hinge point geometry parameter design part which related to the boom,arm,bucket mechanism.The validity and reliability of the calculation software are verified by comparing the calculated results with the expected results through the test of several groups of design data.Based on the ADAMS platform,the parameterized model of excavator working device is established.According to the drawing steps of mining envelope diagram,the ADAMS Solver simulation script was compiled,and the sensor elements is combined with the simulation script to realize the function of automatic drawing mining envelope diagram of parameterized model.Taking the data of a certain model of excavator as an example,under the condition of ensuring that the overall size parameters of the working device remain unchanged(that is,the design goal remains unchanged),the position of the hinge point of the bucket mechanism is modified to obtain multiple sets of working device design parameters.The kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the working device verifies the effectiveness of the hierarchical design of the working device of the excavator. |
