Synchronous control technology is also called phasing-control technology.Its essence isto complete closing or opening operation by controlling contact of the circuit breaker in themost favorable phase of the voltage or current depend on the different characteristics of loadfor eliminating the inrush current and over-voltage occurred from the circuit breaker in closingand opening processes. It can improve the closing or breaking capacity of switch and stabilityof power system. In recent years, it has become one of the advanced subjects of intelligentswitching.The synchronous control technology of permanent magnetic actuator is researched in thispaper. Firstly, the structure and working principle of permanent magnetic actuator is discussedin this paper. The characteristic of permanent magnetic actuator is high reliability, long life,minor dispersion of action time. It can provide good base to realize synchronous controltechnology. Then the principle of synchronous switching is analyzed, and the movementprocess of synchnous closing and synchnous opening of the permanent magnetic actuator isdiscussed.It also analyzes the impact of external factors such as pre-strike characteristic,environmental temperature and control voltage on synchronous closing. In this paper, thephase selection strategies are determined by calculating of closing the load including capacitor,no-load line, no-load transformer. Building the simulation model to verify the inhibition ofsynchronous closing on over-current and over-voltage in the closing transient process. Theprimary object of controlled short-circuit interruption is predicting the zero point of faultelectric current exactly. The parameters of short circuit current is extracted based on the leastmean squares algorithm in order to predict the zero crossing of the fault currents as targets forsynchronizing the opening command to the circuit breaker so as to obtain the best interruptionmoment. Finally, the mathematical model of closing time, different environmental temperature andcontrol voltage is designed to predict the moving time by least-square algorithm in thispaper.The establishment of this model creates an advantageous condition for the realization ofsynchronous control technology.
