400Hz inverter power is exclusively used in aircraft power system. Special properties ofapplications decide higher performances of the inverter. Digital control and combined withvarious kinds of advanced intelligent control strategy are effective ways to improve theperformance of inverter.Digital and high performance inverter is the development trend. Forthis demand, paper adopts multiple-loop control strategy and digital PID control methodbased on TMS320F2812.In this paper, the various spwm modulation is simulated by simulink software, andambipolar pulse width modulation is choosed. On the bisis of analysising various rules, thefinal choice of the sampling rule is symmetry regular-sampling. Then, this paper carries onthe analysis of the single-phase inverter, and establishes the mathematical model of thesingle-phase inverter in continuous and discrete space. Base on the model, digital PID contrlealgorithm is selected as the final control algorithm and three closed loop, including theoinductance current loop, the average value of output voltage loop and the instantaneousvalue of output voltage loop, is used. In this paper, the simulation model of the single-phaseinverter power supply is established in the simulink simulation environment. The simulationresults prove that the three closed loop control strategy can achieve high performance. For agiven specification, the paper designes the main circuit of the inverter and the control systembased on DSP, which includes designing the important components of the main circuit and themain program, interrupt subroutine. By the end of this paper, an experimental platform isbuilted based on TMS320F2812as the control chip to verify theoretical design. Theexpetimental results show that the control algorithm and control strategy used in this papercan realize the technical index and can be used in single-phase aeronautical static inverter.
