With the development of modern industrial equipment put into use, users put forward higher requirements about the performance of the power supply system, the analog control technology has been unable to meet the requirements of modern industry, the digital control technology replace it. The control of digital can be applied to complete the complex control algorithm, improve the precision and intelligent design, and has become the main direction of the current development. This paper is based on a power system digital control.First, this paper introduces the current development of inverter power supply and the significance of this paper design, for three kinds of SPWM modulation technology and methods of the generation of SPWM wave, on the basis of theoretical analysis, built the Simulink simulation model for analysis, and ultimately chose the bipolar modulation mode and asymmetry regular sampling method; Then according to the requirements of the inverter power supply design, this paper designs the main circuit, including the design of the power switch, design of high-frequency transformer, filter circuit and the snubber circuit and the like. as the same time, based on the mathematical model of the inverter circuit, this paper chose Digital PID control algorithm and the instantaneous voltage inner and voltage RMS outer loop doubleloop control strategy, and the open-loop control, the instantaneous value of the single-loop control voltage and instantaneous voltage and RMS voltage double-loop control simulation are analyzed by Simulink simulation environment, the simulation results show that the dual-loop control strategy can achieve a good design requirement; finally, based on DSP chip TMS320F28335 design the inverter control system, including a push-pull control circuit, inverter drive circuit and sampling circuit hardware circuit design and software design.Finally, using the chip TMS320F28335 as the main controller build an experimental platform for design experiments, and conclusion and analysis are given, the experimental results show that the design can achieve the desired requirements.
