Generally, medium frequency power supply, refers to single or three phase inverter power supply with medium frequency output (400Hz commonly used), has been widely used in civil and military fields such as radar, communication, navigation, aviationmedical service, petroleum, metallurgy, mechanical and chemical applications. The function of this design is changing the city power into intermediate frequency power.This thesis is focused on the software and hardware design and implementation of 30kVA medium frequency power supply. Base on the project technical specifications and the design principle of integrated, fully-controlled, high-frequency and multifunctional, the board of power stage, driving circuit, and auxiliary power supply and control board has been designed and completed. To realize the Three-phase Four-wire output voltage with unbalanced load, analysis and comparison has been given for several main circuit topologies. At last, the combinatory three-phase inverter has been chosen as the main circuit topology to meet the design requirements completely.TMS320F2812 is used as main control chip. After comparing the digital control methods and adjust strategies, the system uses irregular sampling as PWM pulse generator arithmetic, double closed loop feedback control system with real-time value of output voltage and inductor as PI adjust strategy. System uses integrated development environment CCS for TMS320F2812 chip as software platform and completes programs with C language and assemble languages.Simulation test for Matlab model of the designed power supply is also given. According to simulation results, components and arithmetic parameters in system has been adjusted. Based on the parameters of system when the output voltage of simulation model is consistent with the technical requirements, the Printed Circuit Board is plotted and experiment study is also given to verify that the system can meet the demand of design specifications.
