Gas turbine is a complex structure of the turbine rotating machinery, it iswidely used in aviation, industrial, marine and other fields, its effective healthstatus assessment, can greatly reduce accidents for routine engine maintenancework to provide a reliable basis. In this paper, mainly study three-axis marine gasturbine GT25000from the vibration aspects of their condition assessment methods.Engine vibration for different faults, the vibration characteristics are alsodifferent. Fault reflects different characteristics for the different vibration signal foranalysis and assessment of the state parameter is selected after the vibrational stateof the gas turbine components evaluation basis. Since the gas turbine is flexi blefoundation support, the vibration signal passed through the casing vibration sensor,to get a complex vibration signal aliasing, the need to require a certain pretreatmentapplications based on independent component analysis for blind source separationmethod different vibrational separation of the signal source, contributes to anincrease, the state of the respective low-pressure rotor system evaluation. Andapplying FFT analysis methods to extract the high and low pressure rotor frequencycharacteristic component, compare advantages and disadvantages of both methods.Analyze the vibration standard threshold setting method with relative standardwhich are obtained by statistical method, and combined with the ISO and theabsolute standard inherent to the equipment, finally get fit subjects vibrationstandards.Do research into the state assessment based on the vibration signal. Analysisof the more common condition assessment methods, using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method for fuzzy evaluation, result in a high and low pressure systemsand power turbine rotor vibration state assessment results. Build fuzzy membershipfunctions, to get interval membership. and analyze the issue of assigning weights inthe fuzzy evaluation. Study the machine vibration state evaluation method, andaccording to the characteristics of three-axis CCGT corresponding evaluationmodel is established, the validity of the evaluation method is validated withsimulation data.
