The steam turbine is the key equipment in thermodynamic system, its major failure often express through vibration formal. The steam turbine failure diagnosis by using the vibration signal not to disintegrate it is one kind practical and the effective method and means. There is important construction value of vibration failure diagnosis’s accuracy, timeliness regarding the steamship unit accident’s early prevention, the auxiliary decision-making and so on. However, the steam turbine’s vibration breakdown type reaches dozens of kind of many, and it is big difficulty in gain the field data and extract the breakdown feature, therefore, it has the necessity to conduct the research very much on the steam turbine rotor’s vibration failure diagnosis technology.This topic comes from National Technological transformation Public relations Project Harbin Steam turbine Factory unit long-distance technical service support program. This system provides the technical support by using the modernized network environment in the land’s the power plant customer, and may achieve to unit’s long-distance management monitoring and the remote diagnosis. Particularly, the monitor of unit’s major componenting is advantageous for steam turbine product maintenance and movement track. This article based on the long-distance technical service support program, developed thoroughly the method study of forecast and diagnoses based on the long-distance support program’s steamship turning point subsystem’s breakdown mechanism analysis. Summarized says, this article has mainly carried on the following work:Fistly, basing on the dynamics of rotor we analyse the mechanism of the steam turbine rotor oscillation breakdown. We also analyse the model of steam turbine rotor oscillation breakdown, described the typical rotor oscillation breakdown characteristic.Secondly, we used the succession forecast steam turbine rotor oscillation breakdown forecast and the diagnosis method. The paper introduced the key technology of the succession forecast’s failure predication and the diagnosis method, and analyse the model of the succession forecast and the process of the forecast and the inference, and used the parabola breakdown and the type of index numbers breakdown has carried on the confirmation to it.Thirdly, the paper has established the failure predication and diagnosis system based on the long-distance support program’s steam turbine rotor oscillation. The paper also introduced the steam turbine rotor oscillation failure predication and the diagnosis system’s architecture, described its function, analysed and studied the steam turbine rotor oscillation failure predication and the diagnosis processbascd on the long-distance support program.Finally, we has designed and realized the steam turbine rotor oscillation failure predication and the diagnosis software, and designed the illustrative case, has confirmed the failure predication which and the diagnosis method accuracy and the validity uses.Through the deep research steam turbine rotor oscillation failure diagnosis technology, we enhances the steam turbine failure prediction the accuracy, timeliness, regarding enhances the steamship unit the reliability, guaranteed that thermodynamic system’s normal work, has the important theory significance and the project application value.
