| With the development of the domestic aviation industry in recent years, the airportfire truck demand is increasing, and the requirements of its use reliability and dynamicperformance is becoming higher. Because of the blockade of key technologies fromabroad, our country still needs to import foreign advanced airport fire truck every year.Under the circumstances, a certain home-produced airport fire truck was taken as objectof study, the liquid tank and the truck frame was analysed and optimized in the paper, which provides theoretical basis for design and manufacturing of the airport fire truck.First the liquid tank was researched. Based on half of its finite element model, themaximum stress and deformation location was found by static analysis and naturalfrequency and vibration mode by free modal analysis. According to the static analysisresults and the liquid tank design requirements, the liquid tank was optimized andimproved. And the finite element analysis of the new tank was done. By contrasting thethe analysis results before and after the optimization, the feasibility of the liquid tankstructure optimization was evaluated. For the study of the truck frame, the static analysis was carried on to get the stressdistribution, free modal analysis to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of it. In order tomake overall stress of the frame more even, the topology optimization design of viceframe was selected. Combining the results of finite element analysis and topologyoptimization, the vice frame structure was optimized based on frame designrequirements. The finite element analysis of the improved frame structure was alsodone. The analysis results before and after optimization were compared to evaluate thefeasibility of frame structure optimization and which prepared for the furtherlightweight of the vice frame. The lightweight design of the vice frame was finally conducted with the mehtod ofsize optimization. First the longitudinal beam was optimized to get the best size of itand then the cross beam was optimized. After getting integer values of the results of sizeoptimization, the finite element analysis of the lightweighted frame was done. Bycomparing the analysis results before and after the optimization, the effect of weightreduction was estimated. The analysis and optimization of the liquid tank and the truck frame adapt theairport fire truck better with its special work environment. It also provides reference forthe enterprises and the study of similar domestic vehicle. |
