With the rapid development of semiconductor technology and wirelesscommunication technology, and the improvement of people’s living standards, it isan inevitable trend to develop an energy saving, high efficient, intelligent and stablelighting system in the future. The application of new energy sources, such as solarpower and LED, will not only ease the global energy crisis but also solveenvironmental pollution problems. Combining with electronic technology, the newenergy and new light source system can be intelligently controlled and the systemalso can be remotely monitored and controlled through the wireless communicationtechnology. The combination of these types of technologies will be the focus of theintelligent lighting system.The prevalent issues of traditional solar LED lighting systems such asmanagement inefficiencies, poor heat dissipation will be importantly researched inthe literature. On the basis of studying a large number of domestic and foreignliterature, the solar LED lighting system that is based on ZigBee wireless network isdesigned, and the design of the electrical, thermal, optical, etc are taken full accountin the system.The system uses the AVR micro-controller as the core of node module,and on this basis, the solar controller is developed with the functions of anti-overcharge and discharge, LED constant current driver, dimmable color temperature andlighting. In order to wireless remotely monitor, the data collected by the sensor istransmitted to the monitoring center through Zigbee Network, and the monitoringcenter displays the data, The monitoring center of the wireless network transmitscommands to the node module, the node module responses appropriately, such asswitching the lights, dimming, tuning the color temperature and other actions.Studying on the LED array makes all LED lamp beads centroid’s temperature equal,simulation and analysis of the uniform distribution of the heat of the lamp. Theillumination of the LED array, obtaining a near-field illumination uniform surface, iscalculated by Matlab, simulated and analyzed in Tracepro. As tests shown, thesystem not only reaches the purpose of energy efficiency and good heat dissipation, irradiance uniform distribution but also fully combines with the good of wirelesscommunication technology and new energy, new light source. It has a certain value.
