As human demands on energy and the environmental problems become increasingly prominent,the distributed power generation which based on new energy is constantly development all around theworld. Micro-grid concept in order to effectively integrate the advantages of distributed generation, aswell as weaken the impact of distributed generation on the grid. And micro-grid system is also acomplex and integrated system containing a variety of components. How to solve the problem ofcoordination control on micro-grid system is one of the important study by many experts and scholars.The main content of this paper is the modeling and simulation of micro-grid platform, it focus mainlyon the characteristic analysis and simulation of distributed generation and inverter controller models,and grid-connected cooperation control strategies. The great significance for building the micro-gridmodel is that could provide the basis research platform and good method of simulation.First, the typical distributed generation such as photovoltaic cells, solid oxide fuel cell, micro gasturbines and wind generators were analysis. Then, the paper focused on study some typical invertercontrol strategies, including PQ control, V/f control and Droop control. And building models onMatlab/Simulink according to the different mathematical model of each micro-power and controlstrategies.Then, modeling of micro-grid, a simulation platform is built on Simulink which based on theSiemens benchmark400V low voltage feeder. And let the system run in master-slave control mode,peer-to-peer control mode and hybrid control mode. Simulation results verify the legitimacy andeffectiveness of these models.Finally, combined with computer and network communication technology, the paper offered amicrogrid architecture based on distributed multi-agent collaboration control, and describes thecharacteristics of this architecture. Compared with the result of traditional grid-connected, proved thatthe new method has a marked effect on inhibition of instantaneous current shock. Modeling andsimulation the system on NS2, and verified the system network communication can meet therequirements of micro–grid system.
