| As an important part of aircraft, Stable equipment make the aircraft keep flying stably. Itsperformance affect the aircraft keep stable flying track. With an increase in the requirement of theempennage performance, the strength calculation of the stable equipment needs more accurate result.By simplifying the mathematical model and adopting the traditional empirical formula to get thestress or strain result, it is difficult to meet the design requirement. Simulating the course of the flightwith the FEA method, it will get the accurate strength result, but the operation of establishing theFEA model is a tedious process. At the same time, the requirement of professional knowledge is sohigh that CAE software can’t be used widely in the design process. To solve the problem, CAD/CAEintegrated design is studied in this paper. According to the characteristics of stable equipmentsimulation, the efficiency and quality could be improved greatly on design and analysis bysimplifying the analytical step and adopting the CAD/CAE integrated design.This paper firstly summarizes and concludes the computing method of aerodynamic load duringthe course of the flight. Except that, it researches the data communication between the CFD mesh andFEA mesh.After the comparative analysis of the Empirical Method and Finite Element Method, itstudies the contact problem of the stable equipment. Based on the understanding the finite elementmethod, it researches some key technologies of the integrated system, including the UG secondarydevelopment technology and XML technology. Later,combining with the characteristics of thenumerical simulation, it developes the stable equipment strength analysis system by using UG APIinterface function. The system is divided into some modules. It contains material database, meshgeneration module, contact pair establishing module, aerodynamic load defining module, the interfacebetween UG and ABAQUS. Lastly, it refers to a type of stable equipment as an example to verify thesystem function. After the analysis of the result and being in comparison with the experiment result, itconcludes the system meet the design requirement.Combining with the characteristics of the stable equipment FEA analysis, it solves the datacommunication between the CFD mesh and FEA mesh and achieves the CAD/CAE seamlessintegration in this paper. The integration analysis design method plays an important role in shorteningthe period of design and improving the design efficiency. Besides that, it has guiding significance fordesigning the stable equipment. |
