The aircraft engine is the key part of an aircraft, which is a typical complex maintainable system.The comprehensive maintenance work is not a simple task.The advanced maintenance stategy andtechnoledy is the method of improving the safety, reliability, as well as an important means ofsupportability. As a kind of advanced maintenance technoledge, predictive maintenance is graduallybecoming technology realization from the theoretical research. In this thesis, predictive maintenanceis as the foothold, the condition monitoring data and maintenance data information of the aircraftengine can be used effectly to deeply research the technoledge of the reliability assessment andprediction. The main research content is as following:Firstly, to research the main tasks on the assessment and prediction of the reliability orientedpredictive maintenance, and analyze the characteristics of the predictive maintenance.Combined withthe engineering practice of aviation engine, this thesis analyses the background of the predictivemaintenance, reliability analysis and evaluation of requirements and forecast to improve maintenancedecision efficiency and effect.Secondly, to research the assessment and prediction of the reliability based on the degradationinformation. The requirement of the reliability of aircraft engine is high. The performance of aircraftengine can be known by the important means of monitoring the performance parameters. By thechanges of the performance parameters, the degradation process of aircraft engine is described. At thesame time, the aseessment method of performance reliability is researched based the performancedegradation data, and also the assessment of reliability is researched with the degradation path.Thirdly, to research the method of the RUL prediction of the engine in the stage of potentialfailure. According to the characteristics of the engine in the stage of potential failure, the residualuseful life of the aircraft engine is modeled by the stochastic filtering theory, and the parameters areestimated. The model is effective to predict the RUL, which provided the decision basis for thepredictive maintenance of aircraft engine.Finally, to research and develop the aircraft engine performance monitoring and reliabilityanalyze evaluation system. The system is based on B/S mode, which can get the health manage ofaircraft engine.
