Along with the development of railway transportation. China railway signal equipment maintenance management system has gradually from the planned maintenance model transformed into the reliability centered maintenance (RCM). Based on the equipment failure mode and effects analysis, RCM use logic decision diagram to determine equipment maintenance contents. And full consideration the equipment performance,maintenance economy and the maintenance strategy's relationship. However in the traditional RCM analysis, lacking of quantitative calculation. Thereby reduce the maintenance of efficieney and accuracy.Based on the above reasons, this paper suggests the reliability-centered ZPW-2000A/K type track circuit equipment repair's application. The main research contents are as follows:First, use failure mode and effect analysis method to analyse the fault mode of the ZPW-2000A/K track circuit, define the severity rating of the fault consequences and the occurrence degree of the fault reason, then use analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and entropy method for data were handled respectively, reduce subjective factors impact. And on this basis, according to risk matrix determine the risk rank of each equipment failure mode, and do risk assessment for each failure mode. According to different risk rank failure modes offer initial maintenance suggestions and measures.Secondly, based on the FMEA analysis, this paper classified the equipment's the failure effect, and in the light of logic decision diagram, carry out maintenance way decision, get equipment the various subsystems reasonable maintenance mode. Then, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to feedback and validate the results of RCM logical decision, let qualitative issue turn to quantitative analysis, so as to make the formulation of preventive maintenance outline more scientific and effective.Finally, the paper summarizes the research contents, finds out some existing problems and further research. The future work which should be done with the idea of the maintenance decision system based on RCM is proposed, and its application in railway signal equipment is prospected.
