From military,aerospace and other fields about the basic theory and maintenanceexperience of Reliability Centered Maintenance, using its theory, the causes and the patternsare analyzed and researched in turnout operation failures of high speed railway. RCM is usedfor logic decision.Through the theory of the analytic hierarchy process, more science ofmaintenance mode is got. Through the combining existing dimension rules of high-speed rail,put forward the optimization scheme to turnout maintenance mode of high speed railway.Main contents and priorities are as follows:First,collecting data of turnout failure of high speed railway, the function and structureare analysised.Collection of high speed railway turnout failure data, lay the foundation forfurther research and analysis.And analysis the structure and function of high speed railwayturnout, including Turnout machine, sharp(core)track locking checker, close inspection, signalcables, indoor turnout circuit and subsystem.Second, establishing turnout failure mode and effects analysis table of high-speedrailway.Basing on the data collected in the turnout failure,use the failure mode and effectsanalysis model to analyze the high speed railway turnout failure mode, failure effect, failurereason, failure control measures. Expert survey method was used to analyze the frequencylevel turnout failure. Frequency levels of turnout failure are analysis of using expert surveymethod. And turnout grade failure table is builded.To study the failure effect,using standardEN50126typical6*4matrix method, the risk level is analyzed. The risk scales areestablished.According to the establishment of turnout, turnout lock checker, rail lock checker, theclosure detector, cable, indoor turnout combination and each sub part of the risk rating, therisk is assessed from theory. Risk assessment can be divided into qualitative and quantitativeanalysis and risk matrix method and analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation of risk, Bayesian decision method, Monte Carlo simulation, the entropy law, grayevaluation method. One or more turnout risk assessment methods of high-speed railway arechoosen. The analyzing methods are used to evaluate the risk of the risk level of high-speedrailway turnout. We give a more theoretically persuasively scientific results of turnout riskassessment of high speed railway. Combined with completing failure mode and failure effectII and failure reason and failure level of risk control measures based on, FMEA analysis table ispreparated.Third,Put forward the optimization scheme to turnout maintenance mode of high speedrailway. Failure consequences of the high-speed railway turnout are classificated, Combinedwith on-site experience in maintenance of turnouts and according to the RCM logic decisiondiagrams and according to the economy,concealment, affecting the traffic and so on,we selectthe appropriate and effective primary maintenance mode, including maintenance, periodicmaintenance, condition based on maintenance,failure,after failure inspection and maintenancemethods.On the basis of the maintenance mode based on RCM logic decision given, we use theanalytic hierarchy process on the initial maintenance of qualitative analysis and verification.The equipment maintenance mode is reorientated.The more scientific maintenance is gotten.
