Consstruction Of Water Resources Management For The Water-saving Saving Society

Water is of great importance for our lives. It is the source of life, production,and ecological base. However, the spatial and temporal distribution of waterresources is uneven. Nowadays, water resources are shortage, water pollution isserious, and water environmental deterioration has become increasinglyprominent. The problem of water resources has become a major bottleneckrestricting China’s economic and social development. Now the problem of waterresources is so severe. In many areas the utilization efficiency of water resourcesis very low; the exploitation mode is rough, the serious waste, and the sewagedisposal is serious. In such a situation, the traditional administrative measurescan not completely solve the problem. Strict management of water resources, aswell as the establishment of water-saving society is the strategy to solve thewater problem in China. Therefore, this paper aims to provide some suggestionsfor the management system of water resources in China.This thesis is structured as follows:Chapter1: Introduction. In this chapter, I discussed the background andsignificance of this research. Based on the analysis of current situation, Idesigned the direction, methods, and framework of this research.Chapter2: Overview of water resources system and new management theory. First introduce the relationship between water resources and theestablishment of water-saving society.The objectives and principles, maincontents of modern water resources management was discussed. In addition, Isummarized the main features of water resources management in China;introduce the major management modes of the domestic water resource; analysisthe characteristic and share the experience.Chapter3: Introduction of the water resources management in JiadingDistrict. In this chapter, I analyzed the development and utilization of waterresources in Jiading. Then I discussed the supply-demand balance and allocationof water resources.Chapter4: Analysis of water saving situations and the problems in JiadingDistrict. First I discussed the water saving situation in Jiading District, then Ipointed out the existing problems of Jiading District water resourcesmanagement, at last make analysis combining with the previous theories andideas.Chapter5: Solutions of Jiading District water resources managementsystem.Chapter6: Conclusion. In this chapter, I summarized this research anddiscussed the future research directions.
