Under Water Resources Restraint Cities Development Research

The water resources is the most important resources and the environment essential factor which the national economy and the society develops, the sustainable using of the water resources is the important constituent of human society sustainable development. The Jiaodong peninsula in north part of our country is one of the coastal areas where the economy social is more developed, the industry relatives centralism, the population density is big, the natural resource specially the water resources is tight. The relations between its economical growth and the resources, environment are typical in the nation. With the economy and the social economy of the Jiaodong peninsula national continueing development, the water resources more and more becomes the society to develop "the bottleneck". Currently, the status of water resources has severely limited the regional development, so that the Jiaodong Peninsula in an "economic and social development-rapid rise in demand for water-degree aggravated the shortage of water resources-water conflicts arise, industrial and agricultural water diversion from the ecological water-water deterioration of the ecological environment-degradation of vegetation - the economic and social development in terms of "the vicious circle.Therefore, this article selected the Jiaodong Peninsula Regional as Studies Unit, on the study and analysis of the Jiaodong Peninsula natural and socio-economic status, analysised of water resources and the area of socio-economic development and scale spatial patterns of interaction. Then analysised and evaluated the shortage of water resources and types of qualitative and quantitative, next, the shortage of water resources were grouped into types of water resource-based, project-based, water-based, management and development-type (composite). Through the water bound by the Jiaodong Peninsula water capacity, the region indicators forecast further development of the water sector fixed. Finally, of water bound by the Jiaodong Peninsula under the urban population size and industrial belt planning and the use of the region's water resources into Countermeasures - examined, in order to guide the Jiaodong Peninsula towns for better development.
