Hydraulic excavator is a kind of multi-functional machine,and be Widely used inwater conservancy engineering, transportation, power engineering and mining machinery,mining construction.Working mechanism as the main component of hydraulicexcavator,mining process will be under complex loading,so the working mechanism ofstrength, stiffness, reliability, and the mining efficiency has a higher requirement.In the consideration of13t hydraulic excavator working object,according to theworking process of the hydraulic excavator working mechanism appeared in the failureproblem.Using finite element method and the virtual prototype technology, the strength,stiffness of the machine working mechanism, and the mining efficiency wasanalyzed.Comprehensive studied the hydraulic excavator working mechanism in theworking process of the six kinds of typical working conditions of load and constraint andits applied method.Completed the working mechanism of the structural’s finite elementanalysis calculation and kinematics simulation, obtained the stress distribution of theworking device and modal vibration mode,as well as the performance parameters ofworking device.Then the parameterized method of virtual simulation technology was usedto optimize the digging force output.Last work is obtained by electrical measuringexperiment device of each measuring point strain size, after analysis, calculate themagnitude of each measuring point location of pure bending moment,which wouldprovides reference for the improvement of product design.Main research contents are as follows:Typical operating mode selectionâ†'The finiteelement analysisâ†'Virtual simulationâ†'Electrical testing lab,to do a more comprehensiveresearch.Specific process is as follows:(1).According to the process of hydraulic excavator working mechanism as well asthe needs of enterprises,to determine the excavator six kinds of typical workingcondition,using ProENGINEER software to complete the work device of the hydraulicexcavator six kinds of typical working conditions of the model is established in this paper.(2).The digging resistance and the theoretical digging force of hydraulic excavatorworking mechanism is analyzed, and according to the six kinds of typical workingconditions pose computation working mechanism of the theoretical digging forcemachine,to be prepared for the finite element analysis.(3).Using ANSYS software, the comprehensive consideration of each hinge pointcontact condition, the working condition of each typical finite element static analysis andmodal analysis, get the response of stress distribution and dynamic characteristics. (4).Using the virtual simulation technology for kinematics analysis of hydraulicexcavator working equipment,for the performance of excavator working mechanismparameters.On this basis, further on the bucket digging force output is optimized.(5).Using the strain testing system for hydraulic excavator working mechanism forelectrical measuring experiment, obtain the corresponding test data.Through the analysisof the data processing, can calculate the size of each measuring point location of purebending moment, and that the influence degree of the bending moment on the crosssection.
