The ancient building is the people’s wisdom in the ancient, however, theconstruction、foundation and ground environment is often damaged in different degreebecause of the erosion of history and man-made sabotage, the lifting-up technology iswidely used in the protection of ancient buildings in order to save the ancientarchitecture, it is researched as a key scientific research for historic preservation by thestate bureau of cultural relics.This paper introduces advanced technology of the lifting-up firstly at home andabroad, then introduces essential points and its key technology of using steel jacked pilein the lifting-up from five aspects, including body reinforcement, water interception andprecipitation, underpinning, lifting-up, construction monitoring and control, and pointout the key in the whole lifting-up process is maintain the stability of single pipe. Theinfluence factors and influence rules of the stability for the single steel jacked pile isdiscussed more extensively through the MATLAB program and the ANSYS software inthis paper, the main contents include:1. The influencing factors of the stability for the single steel jacked pile in thelifting-up process can be analysised according to the stability theory and its analyticmethods, and the project model can be simplified according to Winkler assumes. Andstability calculation length of steel pipe piles, portion of which is bounded, can bederived by the energy method and variational principles. The pile length, depth and thelength of stability calculation can be comprehensive with pile-soil deformationcoefficient. It can be analysised by MATLAB software programming that the stabilityinfluencing of the steel pipe pile from pile friction, the variation on the length ofnon-dimensional stability calculation changed with the non-dimensional depth in the different buried rate, the curve on calculated length of steel pipe pile, which is depth of6m and specification of Φ219mm×8mm,changed with the value of m.2. The ANSYS finite element model can be made by simulating steel pipe pile withSOLID95element, simulating the soil mass with COMBIN14element, simulating thecontact action between blocks with contact element, and make eigenvalue bucklinganalysis and non-liner buckling analysis. Then get curve on critical buckling load on thetop of the pile embedded depth in the two kinds of constraint forms, the bottomconstraints of steel pipe pile in the lifting-up is simulated as fixed end, and draw theregulation between critical load and open-end length after eigenvalue buckling analysis.We can receive the regulation between critical non-linear load and nonlinear impactfactor of the different diameter piles and the wall thickness after non-linear analysis.The results of this paper can be a reference for the other similar lifting-upengineering.
