Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP pipe)has been widely used in large water supply projects such as the south to North Water Diversion Project.In order to realize the lifting and transportation of this type of pipeline,a new type of wheel type lifting vehicle is designed according to the working environment and working characteristics.The tyre type pipe lifting truck takes into consideration the characteristics of the existing truck crane and Longmen type crane,and uses the integral structure of the triangular frame and the Longmen main beam.The main girder of the frame is a box girder,the structure of the double small car is responsible for lifting and the structure of the triangular bottom frame is more convenient and dexterous.Compared with fixed rail driving,the tyre type vehicle is a new type of crane which can not move freely at the production site or installation site with constant lifting load.The different steering modes of the whole vehicle was mainly includes two modes: the front wheel steering and the full wheel steering.The kinematics analysis of steering mode is carried out,and the comparison of different steering modes shows that the turning radius of the full wheel steering is less than that of the traditional front wheel steering,and the steering mode is all wheel steering.Due to the main girder bear great load in the hoisting process,using ANSYS dynamic analysis on the process of rise,mainly including modal analysis and transient analysis.Modal analysis obtains the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes.The results show that the inherent frequency is not consistent with the engine frequency and is not easy to generate resonance.Transient analysis is used to obtain the stress,strain and displacement of the frame during the lifting process.The results show that the structure is stable and meets the requirements of strength and rigidity.The stability of the crane is calculated and analyzed for the structural characteristics of the tyre type lift truck.The centroid coordinates are determined and the climbing ability under different load conditions is analyzed.The overturning stability analysis is carried out on the two working conditions of frontal and lateral wind,and a fluid solid coupling model is established under the condition of large wind load,and the force state of the body in the air fluid is analyzed.The results showthat the whole vehicle has reliable stability under the condition of large wind load,and the cable-stayed string between the bottom frame and the door frame is beneficial to the maintenance of the overall stability of the tire type pipeline crane.
