The Terroir Space Of The Tianguan Ancient Village Of Regional Culture Oriented Re-use Planning Study

“Enhance culture as part of the soft power of our country to better guarantee thepeople’s basic cultural rights and interests, enrich the cultural life in Chinese society andinspire the enthusiasm of the people for progress.” This is the orientation of the culturalimportance of the report of the seventeenth congress. With the accelerated process ofurbanization, the ancient villages as the Chinese culture’s root are facing with the rapiddeclining and lying waste. It’s showing a trend which cannot be halted trend. All ofthis makes many wonderful local culture and customs loss, even die out. So finding away of sustainable development of ancient village, history and culture of theRenaissance of the ancient village，taking advantage of the history and culture of theancient village, highlighting the ancient village culture, recycling the culture of theancient village which are very important for solving the problem of the ancient villageruin and inheriting the cultural.Based on this, this thesis takes terroir space of the TianGuan ancient village inHenan Lingbao as research object. It is the first case of using ancient villages that istaking historical stability and regional culture as a guide, studying on the rich naturalenvironment and human factors and space. Through the research on geomorphicfeatures and the regional culture of the ancient village, based on referring to thedomestic and foreign ancient village development mode, reaching the way of TianGuanancient village space recycling which under the guidance of local cultural, designingand exploring. This paper dose the research from these four aspects: the current status andresources combing, the era condition and the sustainable development strategy, thecontrol of terroir space in the TianGuan ancient village and the reuse planning.Firstly,the thesis has an exposition and analysis from physical geography, history, culture andthe use of land in the TianGuan ancient village these four aspects. By doing this, it canprovide a basis to judge and get an objective understanding and evaluation about theancient villages. Secondly, it proposes a planning design about the reuse of terroir spacein the TianGuan ancient village. The coupling point of the conditions of time and theontology resources are used as the basis to decide the reuse style and the function of theTianGuan ancient village. Moreover, it proposes a positioning strategy about theachievement of reuse. Thirdly, this thesis introduces the TianGuan ancient village’scontrolling detailed planning to do the qualitative and quantitative analysis. It also usesthe drawings to design the capacity on the basis of the resource distribution and theguidance controlling. At the same time, it can reserve the heritage. At last, it completesthe revival and reuse planning of the TianGuan ancient village by combining theregulatory outcomes with the holiday products and the planning.Through the research to verify the terroir space as a carrier can integrate theTianGuan ancient village resource capacity effectively, to complete the overallutilization; at the same time, based on regulatory planing, in the analysis phase mixcultural connotation together, really realizated the renaissance and the inheritance ofancient village culture, provided the same type of ancient villages and utilizationresearch the reference method.
