With the rapid development of tourism economy in Jiangxi Province in recent years,how to create tourism resources with local characteristics has become a hot topic in the industry.Although the houses in the ancient village of Anyi in the millennium are very unique,the evaluation of the current social environment is only the upgrade of farmhouse.In essence,the homestay and the traditional farmhouse have different cultural and artistic connotations.The homestay is not only a place with only accommodation function,nor an alternative product of farmhouse,but a lifestyle with rich cultural and artistic design connotations.With the continuous deepening of the construction of the new countryside and the continuous development of rural tourism,the space design of the bed and breakfasts in the ancient villages has important support on the road to play the characteristics of local tourism resources.On the one hand,with the rapid development of domestic rural tourism and the continuous deepening of tourism development in ancient villages,people’s cultural and artistic requirements for homestays are gradually increasing,and the emphasis on regional culture is becoming more and more obvious in the design of homestays.People’s pursuit of the positioning,service characteristics,product characteristics and other aspects of the design theme of the homestay is also gradually improving.From an objective point of view,Anyi ancient village in Jiangxi Province is known as "an ancient village of thousands of years",which not only has beautiful mountains and rivers,but also has a profound cultural heritage.The unique local conditions and the unique production and lifestyle provide unique geographical conditions for the development of the B & B in the ancient village of Anyi.On the other hand,in today’s life,with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,people are gradually satisfied with their material life,and their spiritual life has also been pursued higher.The experience is getting more and more attention and welcome from everyone.Rural tourism can make people feel the infinite charm of nature more,forget the pressure of work,and relax the body and mind,so the homestay gradually takes up a place in the public demand.Experience demand of cultural charm.Based on "based on natural resources and human landscapes,and then urban and rural planning as a guideline,and then scientifically and rationally mobilize and change." This article takes the ancient village of Anyi in Jiangxi Province as an example,and uses the application of regional culture in the design of homestays as The main design concept is based on the local cultural style and regional culture,using modern landscape transformation design methods to carry out rich design and transformation to enhance the design level of Anyi ancient village bed and breakfast.This study uses the background of regional culture,natural ecological environment,environmental protection,energy conservation and sustainable development as an entry point.It conducts a background investigation and theoretical research on the ancient villages in Anyi,and discusses the expression of local culture in the design of homestays and how traditional regional culture is designed.Have been passed down,thinking about how to reuse old and old buildings in ancient villages,and exploring how to give new life to ancient villages through sustainable development,with a view to promoting the development and protection of regional culture through the art and cultural design of Anyi ancient villages And heritage.In the design practice link,after many times of scrutiny of the plan,the final design result map was made,hoping that the environment and art design and regional culture will blend to enable the country house to show its vitality for a long time.It is hoped that the research on this topic can contribute a meager contribution to the protection and inheritance of the regional culture of ancient Chinese villages.
