In the economic and technology rapid development background, large publicBuildings have been stable development and progress, towards "height higher, deeper,span bigger, more complex structure, function more comprehensive" direction. Andlarge public buildings in the construction technology have also made the correspondingapplication and research progress. Taking shannxi province hospital of traditionalChinese medicine complex construction as the background, Combined with the currentstatus and development trend of large public buildings at home and abroad research, ofdeep foundation pile anchor support technology, clear water concrete technology, madea brief analysis of mass concrete winter temperature measurement technology. And thepile anchor bracing of deep foundation pit deformation monitoring and the massconcrete temperature monitoring data are analyzed and summarized; for mass concretetemperature fuzzy-neural network prediction system and the concrete constructionquality to the study on risk management. This article main research content is as follow:Taking shannxi province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine complexconstruction as the background, Pile anchor bracing system in excavation process ofdeformation monitoring (at the top of the pile anchor supporting system structuresettlement and horizontal displacement monitoring). Analysis causes of monitoringnumerical abnormal changes in the construction process, according to the result ofanalysis and deformation law of the pile anchor supporting system.Diction for hospital hospital comprehensive building raft foundation massconcrete pouring temperature and outside temperature change after monitoring. willmonitor data analysis, summed up after the big volume concrete pouring temperature change rule and the regularity of temperature difference effect of cracks.Based on the characteristics of fuzzy system and neural network, in shaanxiprovince Chinese medicine hospital comprehensive building raft foundationtemperature measurement and control as an example, the fuzzy neural network withlarge volume concrete temperature prediction system for research. During the study, thisarticle first through the thickness of cement hydration heat, thermal conductivity,calculation, the mould temperature and outside temperature and the construction qualityas input parameters; from concrete pouring to a maximum temperature of18periodtemperature monitoring data as output parameters, the temperature of mass concreteneural network prediction model is established. Secondly after model establishment,using neural network toolbox to33monitoring data of31group as the training samplesfor network training, the rest2set of monitoring data as the test sample into the testmodel. After the inspection will be conclude the simulation value compared withmeasured values, error can be controlled within0.5. Prove that fuzzy-neural networkhybrid system for mass concrete temperature prediction has feasibility and guidance.In traditional Chinese medicine hospital comprehensive building construction asthe background, through the use of risk management techniques for concreteconstruction quality control. Use of WBS-RBS method to identify the project risks;Then on the basis of multidimensional characteristics for quantitative and qualitativeanalysis. Based on the quantitative analysis of the process, to establishmulti-dimensional characteristic function method of solving the risk degree is risk order.Multidimensional characteristics in the process of qualitative analysis, through theestablishment of risk evaluation standard system for risk factors, establishing acomplete score into membership functions, and then by using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method for the determination of risk level; Again according to the result ofquantitative and qualitative analysis to take corresponding measures to ensure thequality of concrete construction meet the specification requirements standard. Finally byan example proved that the risk management technique is used to clear water concreteconstruction quality control has practical guidance effect.
