The more consumption of non-renewable energy, the higher demand for a type ofnew, clean energy. Research workers focus on the new, renewable ocean energy. Oceanwave energy power generation equipment is based on this kind of situation. This articleis based on a new type of oscillation float-type wave power generation equipment, tostudy the reliability of its transmission system. Reliability design, analysis and researchis very necessary in all mechanical design and it’s a very important part in all process,studies on equipment reliability make researchers to understand their basic design andknow more about the lack of product. They can improve product design on the basis ofthe results of the analysis, also reanalysis products from improved design. In this paper,a new type of oscillation float-type wave energy power generation equipment wasintroduced and its transmission system reliability was concerned, mainly from thefollowing aspects:(1) Describes the significance of this study, and the significance of the reliabilityresearch under the background of energy crisis,and more its guiding significance forour understanding of a product.(2) Describes an oscillation float-wave power generation equipment, detailingintroduced the basic situation of the power generation equipment. Make a presentationof its design principles, design innovation, stress analysis, the working environment, thebasic parameters of the component parts, functions, etc.(3) The reliability of the study and fault diagnosis always go hand in hand, thetransmission system reliability study of power generation equipment can’t be separatedon its failure analysis. Gear models created in SolidWorks, and their engagement statesimulation in ADAMS, then FFT, come the fault curve with the normal curve forcomparison is therefore an example to study the driveline gear failure analysis, it hasresearch and practical value, can provide theoretical reference to the actual faultdiagnosis.(4) Analysis of the reliability of the various components of the workingenvironment and the characteristic of the oscillation of float-type wave energy device. (5) The reliability of the system is based on the establishment of the variouscomponents in the system. Calculate the composition of the system reliability, canprovide basis rationale for the system reliability calculation. Introduced a theory toguide practiceThis paper mainly research system reliability of oscillation float-type wave powergeneration device under the background of the new energy, and analysis from thecombination of theoretical and practical work. And give theoretical data to the operationof the equipment. In addition, the gear fault analysis provide a reference forresearchers.
