| Emergency ability on highway is one of the key factors to affect traffic safty andservice level on highway. Emergency ability evaluation system provides a scientific basis forbuilding emergency ability in highway. This paper puts Emergency system on highway as theobject of analysis and evaluation of emergency ability on highway, analyzes the ability leveland existing problems, on basis of which researches to build emergency ability evaluationsystem on highway. This paper comprehensive asses the level and lackage of emergencysystem on highway in our country by this evaluation system, carries out the prefect andimprovement of emergency system according to the lackage and will be significant to buildemergency system on highway.This paper puts the building of emergency ability evaluation system on highway as thetarget. Firstly, it introduces the research background and significance of emergency rescuecapabilities in highway, makes the analysis of domestic and foreign related research situationand evaluation method and confirms its research content; This paper makes the analysis ofevaluation contents of emergency rescue capabilities, confirms the principles and relatedanalyzing methods of evaluation index system, combined with expert’s investigation methodand the analysis of index membership, correlation and discrimination and confirms the weightof all index by Aph Method; which makes preparation for making evaluation model ofemergency rescue capability in highway. Secondly, comparing and analyzing variousevaluation methods, this paper confirms to choose Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method whichis more suitable to transportation to make evaluation model of emergency rescue capability inhighway. Finally, this paper analyzes the function and characteristic of this evaluation systemand designs a software system which easy to carry out the evaluation, and simplifies thetedious calculating work in evaluation process and improve the accuracy of evaluationresults. |
