Building resource saving and environment-friendly society has been a long-termstrategic task in our country. In the construction of road engineering, the technology of warmmix asphalt paving is put forward as the project for demonstration and dissemination ofenergy conservation. But warm mix technique at home and abroad can lead some damage tothe performance of the mixtures to some extent, while reducing the temperature of asphaltmixture production and construction. The cost of mixing agent is very expensive in general,and special production equipment is needed, thus hindering its popularization and application.In order to develop an environmental-friendly asphalt mixture with independentintellectual property rights and large-scale application, The environmental protectiontechnical route on the technology of soft asphalt ready-mixed and the rock asphalt powderremixer strengthening is studied in the paper. This paper puts forward the composition designmethod and preparation process critical control conditions of the eco-friendly asphalt mixture.The social benefit and economic benefit of the eco-friendly asphalt mixture are also analysed,providing guidance and reference for its popularization and application.Firstly, the viscosity reducing mechanism and the shortcoming of warm mix techniquethat existed are analyzed,the application of rock asphalt in the road engineering and itscharacteristics are investigated,also the modification mechanism of rock asphalt to matrixasphalt is studied in this paper. Results show that the rock asphalt can improve theperformance of the matrix asphalt well.Secondly, in order to verify the application feasibility of the eco-friendly asphalt mixturebased on the technology of soft asphalt ready-mixed and the rock asphalt powder remixerstrengthening,the performance index of the composited binder of rock and soft asphalt andthe road performances of eco-friendly asphalt mixture are studied. Results show that theeco-friendly asphalt mixture can achieve the same or even better performance with theidentical type of the hot mix asphalt under the condition of reducing the mixing temperatureabout30℃.Then,the preparation processes of eco-friendly asphalt mixture based on the readymixed-enhanced technology are analyzed,including the influence of the mixing time,mixingtemperature,curing time and the adding process to the performance of eco-friendly asphalt.thus propose the composition design method and preparation process critical controlconditions of the eco-friendly asphalt mixture. Finally, the social and economic benefits and application prospect of the eco-friendlyasphalt mixture are analyzed,meanwhile the calculation method of asphalt mixture energyconsumption in the heating process is proposed. By comparing other warm mix technologyand hot mix asphalt mixture,find that the eco-friendly asphalt mixture has a good applicationvalue because of the characteristic of energy conservation,excellent performance and lowcost.
