At the same time, this paper introduces the differentform the influence of insufficient deceleration lane length and its determining method.Finally, this article also speed changing lanes of the highway length comprehensiveevaluation theory system has carried on the detailed study, the introduction of speed changelane length design scheme evaluation basic principles, established the evaluation index system,the research on comprehensive evaluation method in detail, using comprehensive fuzzyevaluation method based on the AHP evaluation for instance, that the consideration ofdifferent factors of the rationality of the design of variable speed drive.
