We use non-ballasted track in China’s high-speed railway construction extensively. Itprovides a stable and durable advantages of railway track structure. Due to the high degree ofaccuracy required in the process of laying the track, thus the use of high-precision instrumenttrack processing of fine-tuning is an urgent task.High-speed railway construction across the country, we often use the Germanmanufacturers standard track inspection car and supporting system software to do trackfine-tuning, although the technology is more advanced, the after-sales service and theprotection and maintenance there are serious retardation.Research in this area still lags behindin our country, so Chang’an University and Xi’an Vision Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. on thebasis of in-depth study of the non-ballasted track construction demand in China, throughextensive comparison and digestion of similar technology at home and abroad, to develop aset ofHigh-Speed Railway ballasted track three-dimensional detection system.It has beentested in a construction site analysis,and the data obtained is in compliance with the relevantrequirements.For measuring car’s internal and external geometric parameters, the article establishes anon-ballasted track three-dimensional detection of the mathematical model, it designsnon-ballasted track three-dimensional detection system architecture, principle and systeminterface software integration in Visual C++platform and has getted implementation.Westudy the sources of error of three-dimensional detection system, and build the mathematicalmodel of the detection error in non-ballasted track, and also put forward the solution toweaken the error.In the basis of the track detection, we expand and develop the base plate elevationautomatic measuring equipment and related software in high-speed railway. We use the frametrolley to measure the elevation of the four main points of a cross-section in the baseplate,thus we infer the error of this cross-sectional elevation. The system has to do acomprehensive analysis and description of the input data structure, total stationcommunication technology,and compared with leveling data, it obtained a conclusion of thissystem meets the base plate elevation measurement requirements.Finally, we describe the base plate height measurement system hardware facilities andworkflow, and demonstrate the system interface.And wo also introduce system function thatis used to ensure the smooth progress of the total station measuring frame car communicationsand automated measurement procedures.
