Research And Design Of Vehicle Fire Warning System Based On Linear Fire Detector

With the sustained growth of vehicles population, vehicle fire accidents are also increasing. Therefore, it is particularly necessary that real-time monitoring of running state of the vehicle, preventing vehicle fires or reducing property damage and casualties caused by vehicle fire. Vehicle fire warning system based on linear fire detector is used for real-time monitoring of the possible key position of the vehicle that fire may occur, warning of the changing status of the vehicle abnormal temperature, thus to reduce the possibility of vehicle fire, reduce casualties and property losses caused by the vehicle fire.Vehicle fire warning system based on linear fire detector is divided into four parts:fire signal detection module, control module, fire signal power module and fire signal warning display module. Fire signal detection module is mainly composed of the resistance detection module and the capacitance detection module, the realization of the function is changing the resistance and capacitance on temperature changes into signal parameters which can be used by control module. The change in resistance value is converted into the output voltage change, the change in capacitance value is converted into the output frequency; fire signal control module to achieve the function of processing signal parameters coming from the fire signal detection module, and analyzes state of the system through the signal parameter, then sends out the corresponding status command different state systems to the warning display module; the module mainly realizes to show each state in warning display module; the power supply module mainly provides stable power for the system, which can make all the hardware equipments work properly.In order to improve the reliability of the system, through the error analysis of the large amounts of data obtained from the resistance detection module and the capacitance detection module. According to the distribution relationship between the measured value and the error, the paper correct the measurement result, after the correction, the reliability of the system is significantly improved.
