Research And Implementation On Networking Supervision Of Vehicle Safety Performance Testing Line

With the increasing Vehicle Population in China, all kinds of traffic accidents keep on therise. Vehicle safety performance detecting is one of the important measures to ensure roadtraffic safety.However, the phenomena such as intentionally residual project, false reports andothers in the detection process by the detection institution often occurrs.In order to strengthensupervision of detection Institution, ensure the notarization and authenticity of detectionreports and authenticity of the notary, this paper proposes a safe, reliable, high real-time,scalable networked monitoring system.The main contents include:1. A network monitoring system program was designed. The system combined detectstations, database servers, print certificate working end, by the local area networks,at thesame time combined the public security traffic management departments by the network fromtelecommunications,broadcasting and other services.This formed a special virtual local areanetwork structure.2. A kind of distributed heterogeneous data exchange based on XML and web servicemethod was proposed. XML middleware, including XML mapping algorithm from relationaldata, XML queries to SQL query transformations, base64decoding algorithm of monitoringpicture was designed. It implemented loosely system by XML as the standard data format ofheterogeneous systems.3. A Soap protocol data exchange interface was proposed, the system’s data exchangedby invoking the web service interface.4. The system’s data security was analysised. This paper introduced the W3C XML datasecurity standards, and designed the data security model suitable for networking supervisionsystem, includ the Soap message in XML encryption, add security tokens, the digitalsignature.Tests showed that: System operation is stable, reliable, real-time, security and reachedthe demand of practical engineering.
